I found this record on the Cicadelic Sixties Garage Compilation. It could be described as tender discordant fragments of beat, psych, folk and pop. I nothing about the band and don't really care except to say this is one song I wish I had written.

Think The Nightcrawler's 'Little Black Egg' with Sky Saxon's vocal delivery. A classic 60s inspired garage band. I would love to hear some more recordings from The Optic Nerve if anyone has any.
